Bone Broth for Better Health

Chicken feet make for a rich, gelatinous broth that is full of the nutrients like collagen, glucosamine, and chondroitin.
King Creek Farms Chicken Bone Broth Recipe
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 4 hours in a pressure cooker or 12 hours in a pot on a cooktop

Two pounds of chicken feet will
produce 8 quarts of bone broth.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken feet
1 pound chicken giblets
2 large onions, halved
4 celery stalks/pieces
1 radish (or you can use carrots, leeks, parsnips)
2 tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tablespoon Whole Black Pepper
Optional: a dash of apple cider vinegar, rosemary, or garlic

Simmer time is usually between 4-10 hours until the broth is reduced by 1/3.
When done, strain the solids from the broth using a cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve. Store in fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 6 months.
